There are many reasons for wanting to make new friends.

Perhaps you have just moved area, you may be newly divorced or widowed and would like to make friends in the same situation as you, perhaps you have an illness or disability that prevents you from getting out and about, or you may be a stay at home mum who wants to meet other mums for support.

We decided to make it a women only website as we didn't want it to turn into a dating website as there are already many of those.  So if you're looking for a friends only website and need female friends then you have found it!

We are Debbie and Karen, two stay at home mums who want to make a difference and help women, who, for whatever reason find it hard to find female friends.  We therefore decided to form our own friendship website www.friendship4me.com as we realised that there are very few women only friendship websites around.
