2.1 To register you must be 18 years or over.  If found to be under the age of 18 years you will be removed from the site.

4.1 You may from time to time be restricted from entering friendship4me.com due to site repairs and maintenance.

5.9 You will not hold friendship4me responsible for other user’s actions or inactions, including, without limitation, things they post, items they list or their destruction of allegedly fake items.  You acknowledge that we are not a traditional auctioneer.  Instead, our site is a venue to allow anyone to offer, sell, and buy just about anything, at anytime, from anywhere.  At no point do we have possession of anything listed or sold through friendship4me.
5.10 We do not review user’s listing or content and are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.  While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes through various programmes, we have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, or other content posted by users on our site, the ability of buyers to pay for items, or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.
5.11 Please do not assume that the offer, sale, purchase, export or import of any item is valid and legal simply because it is listed on our site.
5.12 We shall not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any business losses, such as loss of data, profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation or business interruption or any losses which are not reasonably foreseeable by us arising, directly or indirectly, out of your use of or your inability to use our site.

6.1 Joining friendship4me and bidding and listing items is free.  We do charge fees for using other services such as listing events.
6.2 We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events or new services, and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event or new service in the latest news section.

7.  Compensation

You agree that you will only use our site and service in accordance with this agreement.
You will compensate us in full (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) for any losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees we incur arising out of any breach by you of this agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

8. Advertising

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the site complies with relevant laws and codes.  We will not be responsible to you for any error or inaccuracy in advertising material.

We do not guarentee any work undertaken by advertisers on this site.  Please get previous references as a guarentee of quality of workmanship.

9. Photographs

When uploading photographs on your profile, the following are not allowed:
1. Photographs containing nudity or see through clothing
2. Photographs containing illegal acts or violence
3. Children
4. Photographs which contain identifying information such as web addresses, street names/numbers, car number plates etc
5. Copyright images such as photographs, drawings or other illustrations

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of this website is subject to the laws of England, Scotland, and Wales
10.2 If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions we may suspend or cancel your registration at our discretion
10.3 You can cancel your registration at any time by using the contact us link at the bottom of each page
10.4 We may (but shall not be obliged to) delete, edit, lock, move or remove any information posted or uploaded by any user without notice and for any reason including without limitation, any information which, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms and Conditions or is or may be irrelevant.
